Disc brake calipers have one moving part (i.e., the piston), as compared between six and twelve moving parts for electric brakes or hydraulic drum brakes. Therefore, disc brakes have a longer more trouble free service life than do drum brakes. Ventilated rotors cool quickly after braking and are less susceptible to brake fade. Rotors and calipers can be easily removed for routine maintenance without having to pull the hub (Replacement pads available upon request). Corrosion resistant hardware. Self adjusting calipers, to end drum brake adjustment headaches. Competitively priced. Fits standard 655 hub with 7.25" flange dia., 5 bolt brake flange, and 15", and 16" wheels.
