The tiedown attachment is secured with one 3/8" diameter mounting hole and a 1/4" rivet.
This steel attachment is zinc coated to inhibit corrosion.
This attachment measures 3-3/4" wide x 5" long. The 1/4" diameter ring measures 1-1/2" wide x 2" long
The "top cap" is 11 gauge or 1/8" thick. 1/4" drain hole.

To obtain maximum strength it is recommended to install these d-rings with bolts, lock nuts, and fender washers (wide diameter). This strong surface mount d-ring has a 4,000 lb. vertical pull weight rating*. The ring is welded together, not pressed. It's gradual taper creates a low profile tiedown attachement rising only 3/8" off the floor. *RATED CAPACITY: Also known as "assembly capacity" or "break strength" is the minimum load a complete assembly can withstand before failure in a laboratory pull test when the product is NEW. WORKING LOAD LIMIT: The maximum load weight a tie-down should be subjected to during normal use. To assist in making the proper tie-down choice the Federal D.O.T. requires the W.L.L. to be 1/3 of the Rated Capacity.
