Lubegard 46-68 Wire Rope Lubricant is a patented, aquatically nontoxic and biodegradable wire rope lubricant. It contains a unique blend of corrosion inhibitors, thickeners, and wear-reducers, ideal for all types of wire ropes and chains in a variety of services and environments. It forms a liquid protective layer that does not foul automatic applicators, and is excellent for manual application. It is biodegradable (EPA Shake Flask Test, EPA 560/6-82-003 with unacclimated inoculum) and aquatically nontoxic (EPA 600/4-90-027). It is water and salt water resistant.
