Barnett has been developing their burly clutch kits since 1948 for dirt bikes, street bikes, and ATVs. Clutch kits include durable tempered steel friction plates that have been processed and tested to ensure optimum performance. The heavy-duty clutch springs have been manufactured for durability by using shot-peening and heat treating. Expect better clutch feel, performance and abuse control when you install the Barnett clutch kit in your application. Includes friction plates, steel drive plates, and a set of springs. Available with Series K Kevlar® or CF Series Carbon Fiber friction material. Note: Specific kit contents vary by fitment; image is for display purposes only. Series K Kevlar® Friction Plates: The Kevlar® performs flawlessly under severe conditions and delivers smooth, precise shifting. Kevlar® friction material is bonded to 6061-T-6 alloy CNC-machined cores or tempered, steel cores, depending on the application. Compatible with stock steel drive plates, springs and all oils. Carbon Fiber Friction Plate: Carbon fiber segmented friction plates are extremely durable and heat tolerant. A high static and dynamic coefficient of friction provides a smooth, positive engagement and release. Will not contaminate oil. Compatible with stock steel drive plates, springs and all oils.
