Owners of new 2008-2012 Dodge Challenger SEs, or R/Ts pop open the hood only to find that lame-o hood prop rod? We put this kit together just for you to solve that problem. It contains all genuine Mopar parts, such as 2-gas charged struts, and 2-studs so that within a few minutes you can leave that hood prop right were it's at, and let the gas charged struts hold up that hood up for you from now on. Installation is as easy as screw in the 2-studs to the holes already in place on the inner fender. Find the other stud already in place on the hood hinge, and pop those new struts over the top of the studs. That's it...your done! Anytime you work under the hood you will be glad you made this little addition.
