This system cleans up the stamped flat edge and stepped look of standard flat washers when used with Race Proof 12 Point flange bolt
Every washer is specifically engineered for each size bolt with several key design features
A precision counterbored hole is CNC-machined for the bolt to sit down inside of the washerwhen the bolt is installed in the washer the two flanges meet for an almost seamless look
All washers also feature a tight tolerance hole with an i.d chamfer to clear the large under head radius on Race Proof bolts
To achieve a highly reflective finish a large radius is machined on the edge of each washera radius will shine and reflect more light than a square edge

Washers are available for the entire range of bolt sizes from 1/4in. through 7/16in. in a variety of diameters;conveniently packaged two or four to a pack with 7/16 x 1.062 washers also packaged in a 5-pack for belt sprocket applications
