Carriage Works form and machine their Billet Grilles from 6061-T6 Solid Stock, not the extruded E channel used by lesser quality imported brands. All of the Carriage Works grilles are TIG welded or Robotically MIG-welded in a CAD designed, CNC milled fixture. This insures Aerospace Quality tolerances, uniformity and custom fit.
