The H2 Steel System is a clamp-on, No drilling is required. The system is clamped onto the existing drip/gutter rails. It will fit both standard and extended version vans. Maximum load capacity starts at 750 lbs for system with 6 mounting bases. Additional pair of mounting bases will increase the weight capacity by 250 lbs (evenly distributed). The full system is constructed by 14 gauge steel. The system is powder coated black or gloss white. The cross bars clamped onto the bottom or top of the side rails. Cross bars dimensions are 2.75 inch x 1.2 inch 14 gauge. All Cross bars are oblong shaped to prevent wind noise during transit. It is aerodynamically designed for fuel efficiency in mind. Additional cross bars can be purchased online. Cross bars come in several sizes pending on vehicle make, model, and year.
