The Vantech H1 aluminum system can hold up 250 lbs per bars. The Cross bars is 2" X 1" reinforced extruded aluminum with built-in channels. The Cross bar is protected by a non-slip rubber bar guard on top that is easily pressed into the channels. The aluminum mounting upright is approx. 1/8" thick at the base. The mounting uprights are 8" wide at the base and 16.5" total height. The Base is welded complete onto the upright post for complete seal. There are 4x 1" eyehook per mounting upright There is absolutely No drilling required, secures with drip rail clamps. The drip rail clamps are 11 gauge galvanized steel/powder coated 2" X 8" dipped " rubber top and bottom. Rubber cap on the upright post prevents wind noise and water leakage. The system Includes 5" ladder stopper to prevent ladder from sliding forward, Ladder stoppers are galvanized and rubber dipped. The system also includes 5.5" ladder guide for easy bungee and tie-down. Ladder guide are galvanized and rubber dipped. Easy turn knob allows quick adjustments and removal of ladder stopper and ladder guide. Velcro straps secure ladders with" seconds up to 75 lbs (Bar guards, Ladder stopper, ladder guide, velcro straps only available in our 2,3,4 bar systems). System is powder coated for additional protection against corrosion. The H1 system is made to be vehicle specific for 100% fitment.
