The Vantech H1 steel 3 Bar System can hold up 750 lbs evenly distributed. Each cross bar can hold 250 lbs. The Cross bars is 2" X 1" rectangular 14 gauge heavy duty bars. Mounting upright are 11 gauge at the base and are galvanized before powder coating. The Mounting uprights are 8" extra wide base at 16.5" total height. The Base is welded complete onto upright post for complete seal. There are 4 X 3/4" eyehook per mounting upright. No drilling required to install this system. This system comes with drip rail clamps to install onto the vehicle's drip rails. The drip rail clamps are 11 gauge steel 2" X 8" dipped in rubber top and bottom. Rubber cap on the upright post prevents wind noise and prevent water from entering system. The accessories included are 3X non-slip plastic bar guard to protect the top surface of cross bars from wear and tear. 2X ladder stopper (5" tall) to prevent ladder from sliding forward, Ladder stoppers are galvanized and rubber dipped. 2X Ladder Guide (5.5" tall) for easy bungee and tie-down. Ladder guide & Ladder stoppers are galvanized then rubber dipped. Easy turn knob allows quick adjustments and removal or adjustment of ladder stopper and ladder guide. 2X Velcro straps secure ladders within seconds up to 75 lbs. This system best fits a Chevy Express 1996-14.
