Tour Master Saber Series 3 Jacket Less than 200 dollars can be hard to work with for a lot of companies but Tour Master has managed to do a good job in spite of this limitation. Actually coming in quite a bit less than 200, the Saber Series 3 jacket is surprisingly versatile with a Rainguard waterproof infused outer shell, a full length insulated liner and zippered air vents on the shoulders and biceps. CE approved armor is over the elbows and shoulders and along with this Tour Master has added nice reflective piping up and down the sleeves. Throw in the multiple pockets and you have a jacket that can be used for touring and commuting almost all year round.
