TrailerTesterTM Express Mobile (order #01011) is perfect for maintenance&on-site trailer readiness testing! The TrailerTesterTM Express Mobile's dimensions are 14.88Hx16.18Wx 5.38"L, w/mounting flanges. Shipping weight is 24.5 lbs&cabinet is made of 16 gauge steel w/a 14 gauge base pan. Weldment forms the basic structure, w/gloss black finish. Operating voltage of TrailerTesterTM Express Mobile is 12Vdc w/switched circuits Aux, Mark& Tail. Scanned circuits are L- 1.5 secs, Stop- 3.0 secs, R- 1.5 secs. Circuits powered 1 at a time& cycle repeats indefinitely. "Freeze" feature stops scanning. Breakers include Aux, Mark & tail-20 amps total& Left, Stop & Right, 14.6 amps each. All SAE type 1 auto reset. 2 red LED's show a short circuit;low battery is indicated w/1 LED; blinks at 11 volts, full on at 10 volts& scanning halted. Current capacity 34 amps. SAE 7-pole socket mounted on the cabinet for trailer connections;light cords& plugs not provided. The TrailerTesterTM Express Mobile max inlet air pressure is 150 PSI& air filtration supply is internal filter, 40 micron w/5oz capacity bowl&bowl drain mounted externally. Supply&Control lines have twin filters that protect air solenoids. Air regulated w/ single variable regulator (2-125PSI) that controls Supply&Control systems. No apply speed control. Ball valve isolates unit from air supply for leak down testing&anti compounding accomplished electrically by interlocking Air Control Solenoid wiring. One 2 1/2 pressure gauge indicates system pressure whether pressure is applied or not; calibrated w/2 psi increments. 2pressure lights per Supply&Control mounted on control panel& 2channel radio remotes control these air systems. No air hoses/glad-hands provided. 2 remotes are provided w/every TrailerTesterTM Express Mobile; remotes are 3x2x1, weigh 1.8 oz w/o battery.
