Yamaha Chain Case Cover is for the following years 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011. Fits on top of your existing Chain Case Cover for an added unique look. The powder coated and carbon fiber look one's are made from .125 thick aluminum. The polished stainless steel one is made from .125 thick SS. INSTALLATION: The installation is just a matter of unbolting and bolting mine on top of your existing cover. Do not remove your cover. This goes on top of it. It is HIGHLY recommended to use Loctite on all threaded areas when applying after market parts to your bike.
