Shoei Qwest Helmet Shoeis name means that as a company they are naturally expected to make a great touring helmet and thankfully, the Qwest can handle this pressure. Shaped by what Shoei claims to be countless hours in their very own wind tunnel, important details like shell design and foam placement have been refined to cancel out noise and reduce drag and lift. The ventilation system is also wind tunnel tested and this has resulted in large upper intakes and rear exhaust vents that maximize the Venturi effect. The proven ORSA shield carries over from other helmet models like the X-Twelve and when combined with Shoeis typical knack for quality, the Qwest becomes a very, competent touring helmet.
