The J4000 with tracks for the Transit Connect is an aerodynamically designed rack system that can fit onto the Transit Connects factory bolt (drilling required for extension). The unique shape of the crossbars minimizes wind noise. The A285 crossbars are reinforced aluminum with channels and can support 500 lbs. The mounting bases are 4" wide and 11-gauge high strength steel. To aid in loading and unloading of material the bullhorn (handle) is placed on both the driver side and passenger side. This system includes 2 Side Rails to prevent items from sliding off vehicle, 4X 4" Side Support: Prevent material from sliding off the vehicle, 2X Ladder Stopper: Prevent ladders from sliding forward (can be adjustable from 4"-6" in height), 2X Push 2 Secure: Locking system that secures ladders in place simply by pushing handle against ladder steps, rubberized and adjustable from 5in-8in tall and 2X EZ Velcro Strap: Secures ladders in place within seconds.
