The Aluminum M4000 is a universal rack system that can be installed on any vehicle with or without drip rails (drilling required). The cross bars are arched for easy ladder access.The mounting bases are 3 mm thick and have an extra wide 5" X 1in mounting base, polyfoam gasket and 1" X 5" interior plate secures the rack system onto the vehicle.This system weighs in at 14 lbs. with stainless steel hardware. Max load capacity of this system is 500 lbs. for a 2 bar system. To aid in loading and unloading of material handle (bullhorn) is placed on both the driver side and passenger side. Accessories included (2 Side Rails to prevent items from sliding off vehicle.)(1 X 5" Ladder Guide: Separate material and ladders and allow for easy tie down.)(4 X 5" Side Support: Prevent material from falling off the sides.)(2X 5" Ladder Stopper: Prevent ladders from sliding forward.)(2X Push 2 Secure: Locking system that secures ladders in place simply by pushing handle against ladder steps.
