(Do not exceed vehicle manufacturer weight capacity.) The locking mechanisms in articulating heads move side to side with the king pin. 31318 is the head and cross member assembly only. Complete hitch requires the following parts (not included): either the 07043 EZ Roller for short bed trucks or the 31325 Uprights for long bed trucks, plus 31323 Base Rails.
