Our S-Type Oil Drain Valves have a short nipple, 5mm in length, which allows you to attach a hose to it for convenient draining. S-type valves have been especially designed for general automotive users concerned about low ground clearance, but wishing to have the convenience that a hose offers. To use the S-Type Valve, simply attach a hose to the durable plastic joint provided. Then, attach this joint directly to the short nipple on the valve for a tight fit.
