Halogen bulb color temperature is not related to heat temperature, and is used only to identify the color output of the bulbs. MTEC Super White 2X Bulbs have a stock wattage draw. This means they draw the exact same amount of power as your factory bulbs. MTEC Super White Stock Wattage bulbs increase light output without increasing wattage or heat so you can safely upgrade your vehicle's headlight bulbs.
