DC Sports Turbo Manifolds are the perfect upgrade for customers looking to extract the most power from their factory turbocharged vehicle. Because of the high temperature demands of turbo applications we use special manufacturing techniques to virtually eliminate the chance of failure including preparing the plasma cut materials for welding using a slower weld process and thicker rod for deeper weld penetration and purging the inner tube sections with Argon gas to strengthen the backside of the welds. Turbo manifolds and competition pipes are constructed of full stainless steel including the flanges.
