Harmonic balancer rebuild kit, consists of 6 rivets and 2 special molded rubber cushions. Exposure to petroleum products causes deterioration of the rubber insulator in harmonic balancers. A worn-out balancer is ineffective at removing engine vibrations. This kit is used to rebuild harmonic balancer #3760584. The disassembly process is rather straight forward; however, the assembly requires compressing the balancer components at 8000lbs. pressure. At the stage the rivets need to be staked with an air chisel. This procedure may require more equipment than the average customer has available in a home garage environment. Size: N/A
