What is ProTecta? ProTecta High Mileage Synthetic Formula is designed for vehicles having more than 50,000 miles and SFR or ProTecta products have not been used regularly. Protecta conditions seals to prevent leaks. ProTecta High Mileage Synthetic Formula has been tested over a grueling (100,000 mile field trial) with outstanding results. ProTecta actually improves fuel economy and its advanced synthetic formula allows you to extend drain intervals. Use a bottle at least every 6000 miles for optimum results. ProTecta High Mileage Formula is especially engineered for vehicles with over 50,000 miles. Over time your vehicle accumulates deposits that build up and form sludge. Such material accelerates the wear in your engine when moving parts rub against such deposits. The detergents in ProTecta High Mileage release such contaminants so that they can be removed by your oil filter.
