The tread is covered with a durable automotive-grade soft vinyl band that is stitched to the heavy duty, color-matched molded ABS face plate. The cover is 32" in diameter and fits tire sizes P255/75R17, P255/70R18 and P245/75R17. If your Wrangler has the smaller 29/30" tires (225/75R16) you will need a 29/30" color matched RigidTM tire cover.
