Kit comes with 2-electric exhaust cutout valves, wiring harness, 1-illuminated rocker switch that controls both units, stainless steel mounting hardware, extra thick gaskets and the RRP lifetime limited warranty
Cutout valves have a true double seal, they have a radius edge on the butterfly that fits into a bull-nosed seat as well as a hi-temp silicone o-ring and these cutouts will not leak
Cutout valves have a gear-motor that can withstand the high heat and high vibration environment where most others fail, all steel gears in hi-temp grease and a proprietary motor that is second to none
Being a gear reduction drive means that you can go fully open, fully closed, or anywhere in between and this product is covered under the RRP lifetime limited warranty
Very easy to install but you may want to try the RRP remote control to significantly reduce installation time

All done electronically with the push of a button. This kit comes with 2-electric exhaust cutout valves, wiring harness, switch, stainless steel mounting hardware, extra thick gasket and RRP lifetime limited warranty. Cutout assembly housing is manufactured from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and machined down to .600 inch thick to ensure flatness. Double sealed butterfly to ensure no leaks. Bull nose butterfly seals in matching bull nose seat. High temperature o-ring to ensure complete seal. Housing is CNC machined to insure positive seal to Y pipe, 303 stainless steel butterfly, stainless steel shafts, stainless steel coupler, stainless steel hardware, proven dependable gear reduction drive motor, extra thick gasket which seals better as wells as helps insulate against heat and slotted mounting bolt holes for flexibility in mounting position. High quality stainless steel mounting bolts and nuts, built in thermal protection device to protect motor from overload. Harness weather tight connectors on all outside connections, 3 ampere quick blow fuse built into harness, 16 gauge. Heavy duty heat resistant wire, labeled positive and negative leads for ease of installation. These cutouts are manufactured to the highest quality standards with only the highest quality materials.
