The curved paddle design allows tires to be completely dressed in seconds and it provides even coverage without using excessive tire dressing. Express replacement pad construction and design. Tire Dressing Express Pad has the first micro-hair porcupine like multi-bristle pad construction. Rather than using a cotton or microfiber system the short white bristles allow for best penetration and even application of all water-based or oil-based tire dressings without wearing down or deteriorating the pad itself. After hundreds of applications the pad can be changed, unique hook-n-loop systems allow you to simply peel off the pad and stick on a new one.
