Helix's 1955-1957 Chevy passenger car spindles have a 2" drop and are redesigned to allow you to use readily available 1979-1988 GM 10-1/2" midsize rotors and calipers. Note: these spindles will NOT work with stock drum brakes or 11" disc brake conversions. You will need to reuse your original spindle steering arm. All HEXSPIN8 spindles are tapped for 7/16"-14 thread to hold the steering arms in place. In some cases you may need to replace these bolts. This kit moves the wheel out 3/8" per side.
