CJ5 and CJ6 Jeep vehicles (up to 1975) always had a problem with the stock windshield. They had a tendency to loosen up and fall forward. Advance Adapters has remedied this problem by designing aluminum castings that would replace the stock dash and windshield brackets. These kits are directly interchangeable with your stock latching mechanism.
