Designer Pearls are Universal Base Coats that come in a large array of colors and may simply be cleared over for a final finish or used as a base coat for Kandys, or Pearls.
Designer Pearls may be intermixed with other Shimrin's including the Neons, Graphic Kolors BC & FBC Metallic Basecoats and Kandy Basecoats to create a truly one-of-a-kind custom finish.
They can be also be top coated with either acrylic lacquer or urethane enamels.
