This kit will fix ford heads with a straight section between the threads and taper seat. Models can be 1.9, 3.8, 4.6, 5.4, 6.8 liter engines. Ford Triton and Z-Tech " OVERSIZED HOLES" For Spark plugs that have been previously repaired. The outside thread of the BIG-SERT is M18x1.5, the stripped hole should not be larger than 16.77mm or .660 inches. This Kit comes with 5 Inserts FORD SPARK PLUG THREAD REPAIR KIT P/N 5553 5 Insert - 14MM X 1.25 X 16.8MM LENGTH INCLUDED. 3 MORE INSERTS ARE NEEDED WHEN DOING ALL OF THE SPARK PLUGS HOLES ON THE V8.
