Armada's Aquablock Waterproofer and Stain Remover contains UV and Mildew Resistant Agents. Most mills, including Sunbrella, apply a fluorocarbon polymer to the cloth at the factory for waterproofing and stain repellency. This is the most durable and effective waterproofing technology currently known. A polymer is like Teflon for cloth. Armada AquaBlock uses virtually the same fluorocarbon technology as the mills do to last an entire season. Application is therefore more effective, durable and easier to use than a less compatible agent. AquaBlock has been independently laboratory tested against the three leading waterproofing products in the marine industry and was found superior.
