OLD SCHOOL LACQUER SPEED PRIME Quick-Dry Primer Surfacer is a single-component, low VOC primer. This premium primer offers maximum high build and adhesion properties. OLD SCHOOL LACQUER SPEED PRIME is also corrosion-resistant, and may be wet or dry sanded. Recommended under acrylic enamels, synthetic enamels, acrylic lacquers.
