ProtectAll Slide-Out Rubber Seal Treatment is a non-oily foam which conditions the rubber seals, making future cleaning easier and quicker.
The foaming action of the product allows for an easy application, eliminating runs and drips. Designed to coat the seal with a protective film, Slide-Out Rubber Seal Treatment aids in guarding against premature deterioration, while producing a dry, smooth surface that reduces excessive friction.
Its unique formula produces an anti-static, water-resistant coating, repelling dirt, road grime, air pollutants, the oxidizing effect of the ultra-violet rays, and moisture and prolonging the life of your seals.
Slide-Out Rubber Seal Treatment is easy to apply and is safe on all rubber seal as well as their adjacent surfaces such as fiberglass, aluminum, and viny.
- Step 1: Clean rubber seal thoroughly (For really dirty or chalky rubber seals, use ProtectAll Rubber Roof Cleaner)
- Step 2: Spray Rubber Seal Treatment onto a cloth, or, hold the can's spray tip as close as possible (within 1 inch) of the rubber seal and apply a 3-4 inch bead o foam
- Step 3: Use a clean cloth to spread the treatment along the surface to achieve an even, thorough coat
- Step 4: Allow the seals to air dry, without wiping off with excessive rubbing or buffing
