This remote can replace an old or missing remote on Scytek galaxy and Astra systems that came with remotes that look like the one pictured. This remote can replace existing remotes that have the BLUE LED indicator light and have the words "433 MHZ" stamped on the back of the remote case. These remotes are un-coded and must be programmed to the vehicle. Programming instructions can be downloaded at the manufacturers' site.
