This is a totally remanufactured Holley 4160 marine carburetor made to fit the 351 marine engine,all internal parts are new such as needle and seats,power valve,acelerator pump and all gaskets.We redo the throttle bushing and trued the base to avoid vaccum leaks, all linkages and plates are zinc plated and also the body is painted black to avoid rust. every carburetor is tested before shipping and you will get a base gasket.
