Use this material to keep more heat within the exhaust system and away from other components suck as transmissions, oil pans, differentials, etc. Turbocharged applications can use this material to wrap up the exhaust manifold and up/down pipe to keep a hotter exhaust gas charge to the turbocharger for improved response.
