ACDelco GM Original Equipment Remanufactured Automatic Transmission Valve Body Separator Plates are steel plates located between valve body halves or the valve body and transmission case. Separator plates have many holes, or channels, and control fluid flow between the valve bodies and transmission housing. Remanufacturing transmission valve body separator plates is an automotive industry practice that involves disassembly of existing units, and replacing components that are most prone to wear with new components.
