The Right Bar Switch (as you are sitting on the bike), contains the on-off switch as well as the starter button. On most bikes, this Right Bar Switch also doubles as the throttle cable housing.
A used Right Bar Switch will be complete, fully functional and undamaged. Wiring will be intact, with electrical connections clean and undamaged. Fading of the switch housing over time is considered normal wear.
