Autoglym Intensive Tar Remover instantly dissolves tar on paintwork and plastics, enabling it to be wiped off or washed away during a routine shampoo.
Use to remove oil, grease, silicones, wax, resinous tree sap, fuel stains and adhesive residues.
Areas of treated paintwork should be re-polished with Autoglym Super Resin Polish to maintain finish and protection.
Autoglym Intensive Tar Remover can also be used on rubber, synthetic carpets and upholstery to remove oil-based stains.

During warm weather the road surface can disintegrate and small specks of tar are flicked onto your bodywork. These spots show up especially well on light coloured cars and can ruin otherwise perfect paint. Intensive Tar Remover will also remove adhesive residues, fuel stains from paintwork and tree sap. It can be used on the interior of your car to remove ink, chewing gum, glue residue and oil stains from seats, carpets and hard surfaces. Leave it for a few minutes and then rub off. It does what it says on the bottle!! It's surprising just how high up the doors and bonnet tar does get! It took quite a lot of rubbing - I think that depends how long the marks have been on the car. Would definitely recommend this product. Purchased to remove an accumulation of tar on the body of the car after local roads were resurfaced (badly as usual). The product makes the removal process considerably easier and is kind to paintwork. Far superior to any similar product that I've used in the past.
