Constructed from steel the supports mount to the rear fender with the new hardware provided, so no drilling is needed. Additional hardware may be required to install if an aftermarket backrest has been installed other then a Show Chrome Accessories backrest. Fits VTX1300 R/S 2003-2009, VTX1800 N/R/S/T 2002-2008.
