The Dueler A/T D693 with UNI-T Technology is Bridgestone's On-/Off-Road All-Terrain tire developed for adventurous pickup truck, jeep and sport utility vehicle drivers who are searching for a balance between refined highway driving and off-road performance. The Dueler A/T D693 is designed to combine off-road performance with all-season highway traction, including light snow. On the outside, the Dueler A/T molds Bridgestone's Long Link Carbon Black compound into an aggressive, all-terrain pattern of interlocking tread blocks to provide traction and handling on- and off-road. Internally, the Dueler A/T D693 features a Computer Optimized Component System that blends twin, high-strength steel belts reinforced with spirally wrapped nylon to stabilize the tread area and enhance durability. O-Beads (which use a single strand of bead wire that is continuously wrapped multiple times until the desired strength is provided) enhance the tire's fit to the wheel to improve uniformity and ride quality.
