This auction is for a Brand New never used Wieland Custom Machine Billet Battery hold down for a group 34/78 size Optima battery with blue red or yellow tops (Battery is NOT included in this auction). NHRA LEGAL!!! All of the pieces of this tray have been CNC machined from 1/2" and 3/8 thick 6061 T6 aircraft quality billet aluminum. The top measures 7.42 inches x 11.15 inches, you will need 1/2 inch clearance around the battery for the tray to fit. All of the mounting hardware and the hardware to bolt this box together, are included, and are stainless steel. The top and the bottom are both recessed to hold the battery better, and each side has two 1/4" bolts on the top and on the bottom to make sure the battery stays were you put it. This battery box has a brushed finish. As you can see the top has a neat spider web design, and the bottom has the WCM logo of Wieland Custom Machine. A pocket top and bottom keeps your battery where its put. Plus the bolts that secure the tray to the vehicle fall into recesses in the bottom of the battery making it hassle free in case you need bolts other then the 1 inch long ones provided!
