    This RANGER Lock & Ride Flip-Up Front Windshield is part of the RANGER Lock & Ride Cab System which installs or can be taken off in less than 10 minutes (after initial hardware installation). It features a flip-up design with quick release functionality. This windshield is made of durable polycarbonate material and matches the true RANGER styling. Also available are the other components of the RANGER Lock & Ride Cab System: Roof (# 2875563), Rear Panel (# 2875564), and the Side Doors (# 2875595)

    What are the "Poly Windshield & Roof?

  • They are the polycarbonate windshield and the polyethylene roof available for the Polaris RANGER.

    • What Performance or Comfort Benefits Do They Provide?

  • They offer excellent protection from elements of inclement weather, including precipitation and cold or hard wind. The roof provides shade to give the driver and passengers extra comfort on sunny days. The windshield also blocks wind generated from the motion of driving, enhancing riders' comfort and helping to reduce their fatigue during a day of work, hunting or outdoor activity. The windshield and roof also protect riders from tree and shrubs branches extending out over the road or trail.

    • Can the Windshield Be Installed and Removed Easily?

  • Yes, it attaches easily to the ROPS cage and it is a two-piece windshield whose upper piece can be removed to provide increased airflow to the riders.

    • How Tough is the Windshield?

  • The windshield has a scratch-resistant coating that makes the windshield 7 times more scratch-resistant than an untreated polycarbonate unit.
