The Center False Gas Tank Cover Console is the center portion of a cosmetic plastic or metal shell that is mounted where the Gas Tank is "suposed to be" (between the knees of the rider, in front of the front seat), while the actual fuel cell is located elsewhere (either under the cosmetic cover, or mounted lower in the frame).
A used False Tank Cover will be clean and structurally sound. Painted Covers may be scratched or scuffed, but will be suitable for sanding and repainting. Chrome Covers will be ready to install with minimal cleanup and polishing. Please discuss the condition of the part with your salesperson prior to placing your order.
