The Right Bar Holder (as you are sitting on the bike), goes around the Fork, mounts to the Top Triple Tree, and provides a mount point for the Right Bar Insert.
A used Bar Holder will be clean and undamaged. The locator and mount for the Triple Tree will be intact. Paint chips and finish imperfections are considered normal wear.
