The Left Bar Insert (as you are sitting on the bike), mounts to the Left Bar Holder. This is the just the Handlebar itself, and does not include the Bar Holder.
A used Bar Insert will be straight and clean. Mounting threads will be clean and undamaged. Paint chips and finish imperfections are considered normal wear.
