The Radiator holds the circulating coolant, and by action of air passing over the fins, reduces the temperature of the coolant and ultimately the engine.
A used Radiator will be fully functional, have all of its mounts intact and will not leak. Due to the fragile nature of the fins and location of this component on the motorcycle, cosmetic imperfections, dings and paint damage is considered normal wear.
