Need a place to stow a few things, but still want them close at hand? The Mini Tank Bag is like a glove box for your motorcycle! This is an easy and practical storage solution for the small things that you want to take with you and keep readily accessible... cell phone, wallet, cigarettes, map, etc. The mini tank bag fastens securely to your tank thanks to the quick-locking technology, but it is also simple to remove so you can easily take it with you when you get off your motorcycle. Simply replace two of the screws in the tank frame with the special quick-lock pins provided, then attach the bag to your tank. See the picture showing the gas cap with the pins installed. Bag measures approximately 22 x 21 x 11 or 17cm, the volume of the bag can be enlarged from 2 to 4 liters by the all around zipper.. Water resistant, covered zipper, with a map-viewing window, and a detachable carrying strap. This bag works on many BMW's including the K1200S, K1200R, K1200RS, K1200GT, R1200RT, R1200R, R1200GS, R1100GS, R1100R, R1100RT, R1150RT, R1150R, and R1150GS to name a few. PLEASE NOTE: The screws around your gas cap must be exposed, with no rails on your tank, in order to attach the bag using the quick locking pins. The distance between frame screws should measure 100mm. Note: does not work for 2009 R1200GS/Adv or R1200RT, as they do not have exposed screws around the gas cap.
