Get ready for heavy duty towing with this Class IV chrome hitch ball. Made in the U.S.A. of all steel construction. Must be used with a Class IV ball mount that has a 1-3/4" diameter hole for the ball. This ball is rated as a 7500# GTW (gross towing weight). Ball must only be used with coupler of matching size. Threaded shank must protrude at least one thread through the nut. If it does not protrude this far, the shank is too short for your application. Use only lockwasher and not provided. They were tested for this application. Tighten nut to 450 lbs. (pounds) and check tightness every day when towing. Coupler must not bind on the ball. Follow all instructions received with your coupler and ball mount.
