Made from solid stock of aircraft quality T-5 or T-6 billet aluminum.
Pieces are cut to length and then shaped to the specific contour of the vehicle.
Hand assembled and precision welded to ensure a strong and clean weld.
The final stage of manufacturing includes a three-stage polishing and cleaning.
Grille Inserts may require some cutting and/or drilling to be installed.

T-Rex Billet Grille Inserts (Horizontal Pattern) are made from solid stock of aircraft quality T-5 or T-6 billet aluminum rather than extruded aluminum.
