The HELLA HydroLUX Driving Beam provides unprecedented levels of reliability for regular off-road users and professional operators of mining, military and emergency service vehicles. The HydroLUX features a patented multi-chamber isobaric system that prevents water from reaching optical components during river or flooded road crossings, while still enabling rapid service access without compromising long-term seal reliability. It utilizes Free Form optics to produce a more intense light. Each HydroLUX is tested in water over three feet deep and is engineered to a standard that includes using premium die-cast bodies and brackets made from custom alloys to ensure maximum corrosion resistance and superb mechanical protection of optical components. The oven-cured, UV-resistant polyester powder coating provides a low sheen finish that will ensure many years of service.
